No stars as I'm really disappointed and angry
I bought a dante skeleton watch that cost £200 then u charged me another £40 once in the UK. The stem came loose so I took to jewellers but they said they cant fix it as a part inside is missing. I got this as a gift for my partner n got engraved

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I to begin with I like trendhim a lot.inoredered earrings and we're in tine sent tto me. The problem is I had a minor accident en went to the hospital and had ro stay there a while
Package was offertes at my house sn wasin hospital and had to stay longer then I had hooped.
Meanwhile was the period the package was stores in service punt over time and was sent back ii was still in hospital so collo was sent back.
Honestly said I was the thing forgotten. I appreciate your nail and I hope I become refund.regards.

Brokerage fee
I purchased an ascot from this company, got it, the color was not as advertised, but I was mostly satisfied. One month later, I received a brokerage fee and a tariff fee from UPS over the transaction.
Trendhim gave me no indication I'd pay this fee of twenty dollars, nearly the same price as the ascot.
I tried calling, and they did not answer. I would not recommend this company.

Preferred solution: The brokerage fee to be paid by them! And in the future be upfront about whether the customer will have to pay that fee.

Order was not Confirmed
The issue was corrected. I contacted a live representative and learned that despite my card being charged for the order, the order did not go through. My order was canceled, I was reimbursed and I tried the order again and was ultimately successful.

I order an earring but when I paid the page doesn't show anything as the shop is complete . So I ordered again .
When I looked in to my bank one minute after I bought the same 2 times. So a minute after I replied the order email saying that it was a mistake ,I just want one .
They replied at night ,when the delivery was out saying that the only option was to send it back and wait for reimbursement.
Imposible to contact as the only number is amerikan and I live in Europe . And the email I sent one minute after was never read .

I just need to cancel 1 of those watches. I ordered 2 on accident.
It doesnt matter which one you cancel.
Just as long as I get 1 of them. Id prefer to keep the rose gold one
Trendhim needs to tell me where I CAN MAIL A REtURN
I have tried to reach Trendhim for nearly a week calling 872.713-**** and get a message telling to go online, and that takes me to "Pissed".I want to know where to mail a return to Trendhim.If you can't tell me don't email me at all. I will then let my credit card company know how uncooperative Trendhim is.F. Platton
Trendhim has still not told me where to go to return the hat. If I don't hear in two days I will report Trendhim to my credit card company to get a refund.
